Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural and interior design projects based on drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Material Takeoff: Quantify materials, labor, and equipment requirements from design documents
• Budget Planning: Develop comprehensive project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Vendor Coordination: Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors; negotiate pricing
• Documentation: Maintain accurate estimation records and support project bidding processes
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to refine estimates
• Quality Assurance: Ensure estimates align with project standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
• Certification: SKA/SKK (Professional Certification) minimum Junior Expert level
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction services industry
• Specialized Experience: Proven track record as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor on multi-story building construction, renovation, or office/residential projects (minimum 4 floors)

• Proficiency in estimation software and CAD tools
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
