Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and interior finishing activities on-site
• Ensure quality compliance with design drawings, specifications, and standards through regular inspections
• Monitor progress against project timeline and milestones; report delays and implement corrective actions
• Enforce safety protocols and K3 regulations; maintain safe work environment
• Coordinate between architects, designers, engineers, and contractors
• Manage materials – verify quality, coordinate deliveries, and monitor inventory
• Document progress, inspections, safety records, and compliance reports
• Resolve field issues and conflicts promptly with stakeholders
• Maintain records including daily logs, as-built documentation, and handover files

Required Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
• Certification: SKA/SKK (Professional Certification) minimum Junior Expert level
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction services industry
• Specialized Experience: Proven track record as a Field Supervisor on multi-story building construction, renovation, or office/residential projects (minimum 4 floors)

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
