- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the construction, building materials, or infrastructure industries.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read basic technical drawings or project specifications and familiarity with the LPSE (Electronic Procurement Service) system for government tenders.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cold-call, pitch to mid-level stakeholders, and maintain client databases.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience using Pipedrive or similar CRM tools.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Lead Prospecting: Actively identifying potential projects and leads through daily monitoring of tender portals like LPSE Nasional and industry news.
- Administrative Support: Assisting in the preparation of administrative and technical documents for tender submissions (PQ, EOI, and Bidding).
- Client Outreach: Scheduling and conducting initial meetings with potential clients, subcontractors, or vendors to introduce company services.
- Database Management: Maintaining an organized and up-to-date CRM database, ensuring all lead interactions and project statuses are accurately recorded.
- Market Monitoring: Gathering data on competitor pricing and activities to support the Manager in refining sales strategies.
- Coordination: Liaising between the client and the internal technical team to ensure all project inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Event Participation: Representing the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events hosted by organizations like KADIN Indonesia.
