  • Responsible for identifying strategic markets (Buildings & Infrastructure, Power and Renewables, Manufacturing, Smelters, Data Centers) and services in the Belt and Road Initiatives related projects within Indonesia
  • Developing business related to Belt and Road Initiatives in Indonesia.
  • CAPEX – any new projects invested by Chinese, Hong Kong or Taiwanese.
  • OPEX – existing Chinese factories in Industrial Parks.
  • Be the focal point representing BV Indonesia to coordinate with BV China colleagues with regards to the Belt and Road Initiatives related projects and communicating to management on a timely and consistent basis.
  • Be the contact point to work with the Chinese project owners/investors, EPCs, and contractors to deploy the new opportunities for BV. Get first hand information of companies entering Indonesia and influence them on contract TOR and SOW.
  • Identifying and working with partners to build value proposition to prospects.
  • Preparing qualifications packages, proposal packages and presentations.
  • Manage key accounts identified for Belt and Road Initiatives.
  • Coordinate and define strategies for B&I and Industry related services.
  • Monitoring the sales pipeline for Belt and Road Initiatives in Indonesia and ensure it is up to date
  • Support SEA countries in attending conferences, meetings, and coordinating with prospects and clients for Belt and Road Initiatives related projects

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor in business / technical / engineering degree or in B2B Marketing / Sales will be preferred.
  • At least 7 years in sales / marketing and business development management level in Construction & Infrastructure industry is required.
  • Strategic and able to communicate well with stakeholders with minimal supervision.
  • Hunter and the ability to be resourceful and get hold of the right people in targeted accounts and maintain consistency in building sustainable relationships.
  • Discipline and proactive, comfortable being out meeting prospects and getting to a “Yes” for meetings and proposal delivery.
  • Positive attitude and creative solutions provider, and consultative mindset.
  • Consistent in reporting weekly activities with clear pipeline increase.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute business planning process.
  • Advanced knowledge of general business and company procedures.
  • Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
