Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers overseas.

Create market research reports.

Raw Material, Agri Commodity, Spices and other Product based research and analysis of availability & pricing impact on costing.

Through research and analysis, develop a deep understanding of client base and target markets.

Conduct market research that feeds into business development insights and competitive advantages and competitors’ insight & analysis.

Assess potential new market locations (Green Field Opportunities) including market size, competition, growth potential and pricing range on Online platforms as well as direct buyers (Overseas & Domestic).

Lead generation through different platforms and marketplaces using digital channels.

Identify and engage with potential clients, trading houses, industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities

Providing products details and price updates to customers on a regular basis and resolving the queries they have about product qualities.

Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients as a trusted industry consultant

Organize, manage and co-ordinate customer visits, sales and marketing activities

Be responsible for the coordination and submission of tender documents, rates and quotations.

Responsible to convert the potential customer into client & complete the KYC procedure to onboard the new buyer in the list.

Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

 

 

Requirements And Skills

 

Possess at least a Bachelors Degree.

Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role in Agri Commodities field

Growth mindset with a can-do attitude

Self-driven with resilience to achieve sales targets

Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth

Knowledge of global Agri Commodities trade and distribution.
