Job Scope:

• Handle various responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees within a company.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws, managing appropriate deductions for taxes and social security.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information necessary for processing payroll, such as personal details, salaries, exemptions, and benefits.
• Address and resolve any inquiries or discrepancies regarding payroll from employees or management.
• Operate and manage payroll software (with Talenta payroll system is an advantage) systems proficiently, ensuring that all payroll information is accurately recorded and securely stored.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports, including social security contributions, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on changes to Indonesia labor laws and regulations affecting payroll processing.

Skills requirements:

• Strong experience in Payroll Management
• Assist in reconciling monthly payroll data and other related data against information provided by stakeholders
• Bahasa speaker with Fluent English Communication
• A strong grasp of Indonesia labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements is crucial for ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll processing
