Competency

Holding certification as "Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)", or

"Master Blackbelt (CMBB)" by ASQ or

"Project Management Professional (PMP)" by PMI

Possess very good English communication skills substantiated with certificate MI issued by IELTS with minimum score 6.5 or TOEFL-i8T with minimum score 80 in In

Knowledgeable and familiar with PTK-007, Rev. 05

Qualified and Certified at least in one of the following certifications

oIECeX / ATex/ COMPeX

o CSWIP 3.1

o Welding Inspector/Welding Engineer from B4T/BKI or other relevant certificate(s)

Able to prepare the following but not limited to:

1. Monthly Progress Report based on "Earned Value Progress" and its status.

2. Generate Cost, Time and Resources (CTR) of Service Order, including scoper and deliverable(s).

3. Manage and lead monthly invoicing submission to COMPANY and ensure accurate Service Acceptance Paper (SAP) for COMPANY's review and approvali

4. Monitor actual and forecast progress and highlight potential delay or cost overrun against the initial plan and schedule

5. Monthly Cost Forecast and 3 (three) months look ahead.

6. Monthly resources planning report (i.e.: number of hiring, on-board deployed and demobilized) and 3 (three) months look ahead

7. Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Industrial Engineering.
