Proposal Engineer Internship

We are offering an opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are eager to develop their career in engineering and proposal management to join us as a Proposal Engineer Intern.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and project) to collect necessary data and information.

• Support the preparation of tender documents, including administrative and technical submissions.

• Conduct preliminary analysis of project requirements and client specifications.

• Help ensure proposals are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Able to work both independently and in a team.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
