Proposal Enginer - Product Proposal Development (PPD)

This is a full-time Proposal Engineer - Product Proposal Development (PPD) role based in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive and compelling proposals.

This strategic role is crucial in driving the company's growth and achieving its commercial objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and requirements

• Research and analyse industry trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations

• Develop persuasive technical and commercial proposals that highlight the company's capabilities and unique value proposition

• Ensure proposals are compliant with all relevant standards, regulations, and client specifications

• Actively participate in proposal presentations and negotiations

• Continuously seek ways to improve the proposal development process and templates

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 0 - 1 years of experience in a proposal development or technical sales role, preferably in the engineering/consulting industry or project management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex technical information into clear and compelling narratives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs

• Proficient in using proposal development tools and software

• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Demonstrated track record of successful proposal submissions and contract wins
