Sales & Business Development Agri Commodities

Requirements :

1. Minimum experience 5 years in similar position

2. Experience in oil and gas industry (upstream and downstream), mining industries, fuels/oil testing and power utilities will be an advantage

3. Deep understanding inquiry, proposal, tender process, contract / legal review, invoicing and PTK-007 will be an advantage

4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication

5. Fluent in English and mandarin will be plus

6. Strong relationship management skills 

Jobs Description:

1. Take a lead and responsible the entire tender process, inquiry and quotation from the initial request for proposal (RFP) to the submission of tender documents.
2. Responsible for the administration of contracts, including participation, variation, execution, reporting, and delivery of program deliverables.
3. Preparing sales contracts, agreements, and contract review
4. Generating weekly and monthly report i.e revenue & operating profit, sales activity, quotation and tender
5. Review operation cost and coordinate with business controller and operation asst manager to improve effectiveness and cost efficiency
