Site Quality Lead

Minimum shall hold Diploma 3 Degree (D3), preferable in Engineering

Minimum of 10 years appropriate experience and training.

Lead Auditor: ISO 9001 / API Lead Auditor / ASQ CQA Certification / IRCA Certification

Hold certificate IECeX/ATeX or Welding Inspection by AWS (CWI/SCWI), CSWIP 3.1/3.2, PCN Level II or III

Understanding of construction contractor quality plans, inspection and test plans and other relevant quality documentation

Hold certificate NDT Level II Certified by PCN/CSWIP/ACCP, MT, PT, and preferable UT or RT

Able coordinating, planning, organize, control, integration and completion of project

In depth knowledge of
a. Oil & Gas Equipment
b. Strong technical skill & judgement
c. Strong understanding of manufacturing/fabrication process
d. Familiarity with the QSP’s procedure for conducting surveillance inspection
e. Familiarity and undestand with the process of Management of Change (MOC)

Experience and / or knowledge for auditing based on ISO9001:2015 and API-Q1.

Capable in writing the report in English
