Minimum shall hold Diploma 3 Degree (D3), preferable in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years’ appropriate experience and training.
Hold certificate Welding Inspection by AWS (CWI/SCWI), CSWIP 3.1/3.2, PCN Level II or III
Hold certificate NDT Level II Certified by PCN/CSWIP/ACCP, MT, PT, and preferable UT or RT
Familiar with PMI and Ferrite testing techniques
"Have experience in welding of duplex material and special processes / construction methods to mitigate
welding risks"
Have detailed knowledge of ASME Code for Pressure Piping B31.3 and B31.8. and practical knowledge of ASME / AWS welding standards and welding procedural adherence requirements.
"In depth knowledge of
a. Oil & Gas Equipment
b. Strong technical skill & judgement
c. Strong understanding of manufacturing/fabrication process
d. Familiarity with the QSP’s procedure for conducting surveillance inspection"
Capable in writing the inspection report in English
