The Business Controller is a strategic financial leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, and analysis to support organizational decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management Reporting and Budgeting
· Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts and rolling forecasts in collaboration with Business Unit.
· Prepare and oversee monthly and quarterly Performance Report (PL – Revenue – Cost – Operating Profit)
· Perform variance analysis and explain deviations from Budget.
· Monitor Monthly departmental spending against approved budgets
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
· Support strategic planning with financial analysis and projections
Working Capital Management
· Monitor and optimize cash conversion cycles – track Clients Investment in Days on Sales (CIDS) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
· Manage accounts receivable – establish collection strategies, monitor aging reports, and work with sales teams to accelerate cash inflows
· Cash flow forecasting – develop rolling cash flow projections to identify funding needs and optimize liquidity
· Support scenario planning and financial modeling for strategic decisions
Business Partnering
· Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
· Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
· Experience: 5–8 years in financial control, accounting, or business finance roles
· Technical Skills:
· Advanced Excel and financial modeling
· ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Competencies:
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management
· Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
· Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
