Key Responsabilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new clients for certification services across targeted industries (manufacturing, oil & gas, services, logistics, etc.).

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing certification clients to secure renewals, upselling and cross-selling additional schemes.

  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical-commercial discussions to understand needs and propose appropriate certification solutions.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company pricing and commercial policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and outcomes in the company CRM and prepare regular sales reports/forecasts.

  • Coordinate closely with operations, planning, and technical teams to ensure proper handover, project delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory/standard development related to certification services and propose appropriate business actions.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, seminars, exhibitions and industry events to promote certification services and brand image.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin, number of new accounts) and other KPIs set by the Certification Manager / Country Chief.

  • Uphold Bureau Veritas values and Code of Ethics in all commercial activities and interactions with customers and partners.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field; background in Industrial, Mechanical, Environmental, or similar is an advantage for certification business
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification), consulting, training, or B2B services.

  • Exposure to management system certification (ISO-based schemes) or related solutions is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing B2B customer accounts.
