We are seeking a senior professional with a curiosity for identifying and developing opportunities with existing and new clients, who will look ahead to achieve growth in line with any of the following business sectors in leverage market growth strategy:

Responsible for construction management services, providing assistance with all pre & post construction activities, the presenting of the design construction documents and specifications, and managing and coordinating all constructions activities, change order reviews, applications for payment, review and approval, cost control and overall project management.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Overall responsibility for project administration from beginning to end, including all phases prior to construction.
  • Set-up and maintain an effective communication network for the project.
  • To be responsible for overall co-ordination and management of construction projects including progress, logistics, quality, cost and client relations
  • To coordinate between client, consultants, all parties who involved in the project.
  • Coordinate the materials, equipment and labor assigned/supplied to worksite to ensure smooth running of the job.
  • To manage the implementation of the master programs, manpower, materials & plant schedules.
  • Adhere to all set company and client policies and procedures, including specific regulations addressing safety.
  • To ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations
  • To provide effective and efficient site administration, meetings, and reporting
  • To plan and organize various statutory inspections.
  • To act as client representative, managing the daily running of the project
  • To facilitate progress meetings and produce project reports.

 

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience
  • Having tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or related discipline/experience
  • Having knowledge in PSM (Process Safety Management) - preferably
  • Hold Certification in AK3 Konstruksi Madya/Utama (OHS Construction – Intermediate/Advanced) – preferably
  • Hold SKA Ahli Utama Manajemen Konstruksi (Expertise Certification in Construction Management – Advanced) – preferably
