Cost Controller

a) The job holder must have an Engineering or Technical degree.
b) Experience in Project Controls in a major oil and gas company.
c) Not less than 8 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore. 
d) Not less than 8 years of experience of working in a prior similar position. 
e) Not less than 8 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors. 
f) having ability in English Language.
g) The roles primary responsibility during the execution phase of a project is to provide project management with accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan, and identifying areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action. To assure project budgeting and cost control during the various project phases are properly in place, including verifications of contractor cost estimates and cost reports.
