FPU Expeditor

a) Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural Engineering from reputable University.
b) Experience in Expediting / Logistic Services in a major oil and gas company.
c) At least 8 years of engineering experience in Oil/Gas industry. 
d) At least 8 years of supply Chain experience.
e) having ability in English Language.
f) The individual will functionally report to the Engineering Coordinator, construction coordinator, Package and Construction Manager.
g) The roles primary responsibility during the execution phase of a project is to optimise the expediting of equipment and ensuring proactive planning, to follow up on orders placed by Contractors/Subcontractors and ensure reporting to the relevant departments, to assist in planning and accomplishment of procurements regarding development activities and other specific projects and to coordinate and ensure procurement relating activities for packages and bulk are performed as per the Project Procurement procedures.
h) The candidate shall be able to organise, communicate and coordinate within the Project Development team in a proactive and cohesive manner.
