Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-forward HR Intern to support our HR Department. This role is unique—it requires someone who understands the "letter of the law" but has the digital mindset to automate and optimize HR processes. You will work closely with the CIF HR Manager to ensure our people operations are legally compliant, data-driven, and technologically efficient.
Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Compliance & Employment Law Support

Assist in reviewing and drafting employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and policy handbooks.

Conduct research on the latest labor regulations and industrial relations laws to ensure company-wide compliance.

Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations cases from a legal perspective.

Audit personnel files to ensure all documentation meets statutory requirements.
2. HR Technology & Process Automation

Maintain and optimize the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data integrity.

Identify opportunities to automate manual HR workflows (e.g., digital onboarding, leave tracking, or document approvals).

Assist in the implementation of new HR software or digital productivity tools.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues within the HR tech stack.
3. Reporting & Data Analytics

Generate weekly and monthly HR reports (Headcount, Turnover, Recruitment metrics) for the CIF HR Manager.

Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Create visual dashboards to simplify complex HR data for stakeholders.
4. General HR Operations

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including digital sourcing and applicant tracking.

Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and digital internal communications.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Final year student or recent graduate in Law (Hukum) from a reputable university.

Tech-Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel functions like VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) and experience with HRIS, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret legal jargon and translate it into practical HR policies.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Discretion: High level of integrity when handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
