Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs on-site
• Conduct inspections and hazard assessments; identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with K3 regulations and local/international safety standards
• Provide training – conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
• Investigate incidents – document accidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions
• Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety protocols across all workers
• Manage environmental impact, waste disposal, and hazardous materials handling
• Maintain documentation – HSE records, permits, certifications, and reports
• Coordinate communication between project management, contractors, and site personnel
• Promote safety culture and worker engagement in HSE initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field)
• Certification: SKA/SKK (Professional Certification) minimum Junior Expert level
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction services industry
• Specialized Experience: Proven track record as HSE Personnel on multi-story building construction, renovation, or office/residential projects (minimum 4 floors)

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in HSE management systems (ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001)
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities
• Leadership and ability to influence safety culture
• Proficiency in HSE software and reporting tools
• Physical ability to conduct site inspections
• Fluency in English and/or local language
