We are seeking a senior professional with a curiosity for identifying and developing opportunities with existing and new clients, who will look ahead to achieve growth in line with any of the following business sectors in leverage market growth strategy:

Supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of a comprehensive HSE program and related management systems for projects.  Serve as a technical expert and resource in HSE matters and serve as the leader/resource in the assigned areas of responsibility.  Manage the HSE systems, policies, processes, programs and compliance with all projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and lead the HSE team to the overall administration and implementation of HSE.
• Initiatives, programs, and procedures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of operational risk assessments to help in identifying & mitigating hazards for critical activities.
• Audit subcontractors for compliance with HSE systems and procedures.
• Establish HSE procedure and conduct HSE training, lead HSE network for the implementation and HSE policy.
• Well versed with project HSE (Safety), compliances, standards, health wellbeing etc. Review and comment on the Health & Safety plan of the vendor and implement, maintain & approve contractors EHS document as per standards /code practice requirements.

• Conduct incident investigations, reviews root cause analysis, and advice corrective and preventive actions.

Qualification:

• Minimum experience 10 years
• Hold Certification in POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya / Middle Operational Supervisor) - preferably
• Hold Certification in AK3U – KEMNAKER (General OHS – Ministry of Manpower) – preferably
• Hold SKA Ahli Utama K3 Konstruksi (Certificate of Expertise in Construction OHS – Advanced) – preferably
