Key Responsabilities:

Plan, prepare and lead QHSE audits (single or integrated ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 and other assigned schemes) including audit programme, agenda, sampling and team allocation.

Coordinate and manage the audit team, assigning processes/sites to each member, guiding their work and ensuring consistent application of audit criteria.

Conduct document review, interviews, site inspections and evidence collection to verify conformity with relevant standards, regulations and client procedures.

Identify, classify and document nonconformities, observations and opportunities for improvement with clear, objective evidence.

Lead opening, daily, and closing meetings with the client, explaining audit scope, approach, findings and conclusions in a clear and professional manner.

Prepare complete, accurate and timely audit reports and related documentation in line with Bureau Veritas formats and accreditation requirements.

Make recommendations to the Technical/Certification Manager regarding initial certification, maintenance, recertification, suspension, withdrawal or scope changes.

Ensure audits are performed in accordance with ISO 19011, accreditation rules and internal procedures, maintaining impartiality and managing risks and conflicts of interest.

Monitor closure of corrective actions for nonconformities and, where required, perform follow‑up or special audits to verify effectiveness.

Support mentoring and qualification of auditors, sharing technical knowledge and feedback to improve audit performance and consistency.

Maintain up‑to‑date competence on QHSE standards, legal requirements and industry practices through continuous professional development and mandatory trainings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Management or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience (e.g. manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, services or similar) including practical exposure to QHSE management systems.

At least 2 years of third‑party or second‑party audit experience, or significant internal auditing background, preferably as lead auditor for ISO management systems.
Certification & Competencies:

Qualified Lead Auditor for at least ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (or OHSAS 18001), with additional schemes (e.g. ISO 45001 migration, ISO 50001, ISO 45003, etc.) as an advantage depending on portfolio.

Strong knowledge of ISO 19011 auditing guidelines and understanding of accreditation/certification rules for management system certification.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate complex processes, evaluate risks and identify root causes of nonconformities.

Excellent communication, facilitation and report‑writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to manage sometimes challenging audit discussions.

Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capability, able to direct audit teams and manage time, scope and client expectations effectively.

High level of integrity, professional ethics and impartiality, aligned with Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics.

Proficiency in common office software and audit/reporting tools; comfortable working with digital platforms and remote audit techniques where applicable.
