QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Work Experience: Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in construction industry

MEP Supervision Experience: Proven experience as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Field Supervisor on building construction/renovation and/or residential/housing development projects

Professional Certification: Valid Work Competency Certificate (SKA/SKK) - Junior Expert level (Grade 7)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Site Management
- Oversee daily MEP construction activities and ensure smooth project execution on-site
- Inspect and verify that all MEP work meets design specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes (SNI)
- Track daily progress against project schedule; report delays and implement corrective actions
- Enforce health and safety protocols; ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site
- Supervise and coordinate MEP workers, technicians, and subcontractors; provide technical guidance and instructions
- Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation
- Identify and resolve MEP construction issues promptly; communicate with Project Manager
Mechanical Systems
- Monitor installation of HVAC systems, piping, pumps, and mechanical equipment
- Verify proper sizing, routing, and installation of mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with mechanical design drawings and specifications
- Supervise testing and commissioning of mechanical systems
Electrical Systems
- Oversee electrical installation including conduits, cables, panels, and equipment
- Verify proper cable sizing, routing, grounding, and termination
- Ensure compliance with electrical design drawings and applicable electrical codes
- Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical systems
Plumbing Systems
- Monitor installation of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
- Verify proper pipe sizing, slope, and installation methods
- Ensure compliance with plumbing design drawings and building codes
- Supervise pressure testing and system flushing
Coordination & Integration
- Coordinate MEP work with structural, architectural, and interior disciplines
- Manage spatial coordination to avoid clashes and conflicts between systems
- Ensure timely completion of MEP rough-in before finishing works
- Maintain coordination schedules and resolve interface issues
Quality & Documentation
- Verify material quality and certifications for all MEP components
- Maintain comprehensive MEP documentation including as-built drawings and test reports
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of systems and equipment
