Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of mechanical and electrical systems on-site
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems; verify performance and functionality
• Monitor progress against project timeline and milestones; report delays and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate between engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Manage materials – verify quality, coordinate deliveries, and monitor inventory
• Enforce safety protocols and K3 regulations; maintain safe work environment
• Document progress, inspections, test reports, and compliance records
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions with engineering support
• Maintain records including daily logs, as-built documentation, and commissioning reports
• Conduct training for site personnel on MEP systems operation and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Certification: SKA/SKK (Professional Certification) minimum Junior Expert level
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction services industry
• Specialized Experience: Proven track record as MEP Supervisor on multi-story building construction, renovation, or office/residential projects (minimum 4 floors)

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and installation methods
• Proficiency in reading MEP drawings and technical specifications
• Experience with system testing, commissioning, and performance verification
• Knowledge of building codes and MEP-related regulations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MEP software and documentation tools
• Physical ability to work on construction sites
• Fluency in English and/or local language
