Job Description:

· General : Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing communication strategies, tools, and materials.

· Digital Marketing : Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking. Maintain and update the company website, and support the development and distribution of e-newsletters.

· Public Relations (PR) : Assist in drafting articles and press releases, conducting media monitoring, and supporting CSR-related initiatives.

· Branding : Collaborate with the Marketing Manager (Indonesia and SEA/APAC) to ensure brand consistency across all materials and digital platforms.

· Events : Coordinate and execute events, webinars, and exhibitions, from planning through to on-site execution.

· Leads Management : Monitor and manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting using Excel for analysis and follow-up.

 

Requirements:

· Fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

· Proficient in website backend systems such as WordPress or Drupal

· Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce and Account Engagement, is an advantage

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian

· Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines

· Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is an advantage

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

· Willing to work under a 2-year contract with the opportunity for permanent employment
