Oil & Gas Recruiter

Bureau Veritas Indonesia is currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as an Oil & Gas Recruiter. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support both project-based and operational manpower requirements within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, etc.).
• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and coordinate user interviews.
• Ensure candidates meet technical qualifications and project requirements in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring timelines.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company standards, SLA, and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Engineering industries.
• Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., Engineer, QA/QC, HSE, Inspector, etc.).
• Experienced in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
