QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Civil Engineering is preferred

• Work Experience: Minimum 6 (six) years of experience in construction services industry

• Project Management Experience: Proven experience as Project Manager on minimum 3 (three) building construction/renovation and/or residential/housing development projects

• Professional Certification: Valid Work Competency Certificate (SKA/SKK) - Senior Expert level (Grade 8)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies

• Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs; prepare financial reports and forecasts to ensure projects remain within budget

• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and coordinate project teams including contractors, consultants, and site personnel

• Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets design specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes (SNI)

• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against schedule; identify delays and implement corrective actions

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and contractors; provide progress updates and status reports

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to project specifications, regulations, and health & safety requirements

• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, drawings, permits, and compliance documentation
