Project Sponsor #PECMS

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Sponsor or in a similar strategic role.
• Strong understanding of Project & Engineering Change Management System (PECMS) or other project change management systems.
• Solid competencies in decision-making, stakeholder management, and project governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure alignment across the project team.
• Professional certifications such as PMP/IPM are considered an advantage.
