We are seeking a senior professional with a curiosity for identifying and developing opportunities with existing and new clients, who will look ahead to achieve growth in line with any of the following business sectors in leverage market growth strategy:

Supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of a comprehensive HSE program and related management systems for projects.  Serve as a technical expert and resource in HSE matters and serve as the leader/resource in the assigned areas of responsibility.  Manage the HSE systems, policies, processes, programs and compliance with all projects.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead and drive the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and improvement of the quality management against the project requirements.
  • Contribution of cooperation and participation in the development and implementation of the strategy projects related to quality.
  • Monitor the project activities according to the phase of the project to ensure compliance to project Quality requirements
  • Ensure the integrity of the quality management system through management of the change related to quality.
  • Responsible for the effective completion of the annual project expansion review and other major matters
  • To ensure the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality management system, prepare, organize management review, and follow up the execution and effectiveness of outputs.
  • Lead and drive the quality policy, objective management, to ensure quality objectives are achieved, including objective and target establishment, objective and resource allocation, quality plan establishment and follow up, objective and performance achievement monitoring, and take corresponding actions to achieve continual improvement of service, performance and system.
  • To achieve the policy and objective, conduct quality management planning.
  • Quality system model design and improvement.

 

 

Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master in any engineering discipline or equivalent preferred with at least 10 - 15 years of experience in QA/QC and quality management.
  • Experience with establishment, maintenance and improvement of management system to International Standards such as ISO, CSWIP, PCN, QSM standards. – preferably
  • A IRCA registered as Lead Assessor – preferably
  • Systematic, methodical and logical thought approach.
  • Ability to lead large multi-disciplined engineering construction teams, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others.
  • Fluent in spoken and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
