• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited university.

• Must hold a valid Intermediate Expert Certificate (SKA Ahli Madya) in Quantity Surveying (Code 601) or SKK Level 8, officially recognized by the Indonesian Association of Quantity Surveyors (IQSI) and LPJK.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proven track record in Airport Projects or Airport Revitalization, with specific experience in managing multidisciplinary cost estimations including structural, architectural, interior, and landscape works.
