Job Purpose

 

Supervise and monitor activities in AN experiment. Ensure test results are recorded accurately and reliably. Organize and implement of training, retrain, and develop skills for staff. Support the CS & Marketing team to answer customer questions.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

1.            Supervise testing activities

  • Testing, monitoring and urge product testing process to ensure the testing is done exactly as requested.
  • Track list of reports to be sent to customers each day, ensuring that all reports be released to customers’ requirements on time.
  • Solve problems related to testing activities, support and answers to technical questions for the test team.

2.            Rate, review the test results management

  • Consider the evaluation of test items to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • In case of error detection, reporting is not clear, contact the department / stakeholder groups to adjust accordingly
  • Issuance of test reports in the shortest possible time and meet customer requirements

3.            Update on new standards, new testing methods and new demands from customers

  • Update standards, new testing methods, comparing the differences between the old and new standards
  • Guidelines, explained to the technician said the new changes in customer requirements.
  • Check the capacity of laboratories for new standards (standards, people, equipment).
  • Creating archives of experimental results according to the standards and test methods.

4.            Implement training

  • To guide product testing process for staff.
  • Guide explains the requirements of the standard, the protocol and the client's requirements for staff
  • How to make a report as required by each customer.
  • To organize training courses, training, evaluation of technical knowledge test for staff and customers (if any)

5.            Support information and answers to technical questions

  • Answer the questions, question the client as well as other parts related to the technical requirements.
  • To advise on other related issues.

6. Supervision and cooperation with cross-functional departments to ensure the issued reports meet  technical requirements in accordance with service and the client’s requirements.

7.  Solve mistakes in reports as well as working process, propose timely and reasonable correction/prevention action.

 

 

Results of Work to Be Achieved:

 

  • Understand the standards, test methods and requirements of each customer
  • Ensure test is conducted quickly and accurately. The results of test data were recorded and evaluated fully, accurately.
  • Contents of the report is thoroughly tested and the General Manager on time requirements
  • Support information, answer questions of staff and customers (if any) in the fastest time.
  • Coordinator, working arrangements between the groups; ensure complete their assigned workload.

Job Specification

Qualifications                     : Min. Bachelor Degree

Major                                    : in chemistry, textile

Certificate                           : min ISO 17025 and ISO 9001

Experience                         : 5 years of experience in textile and garment testing

Knowledge                         :

  • Good knowledge of textile and garment test: test programs, test methods, reading comprehension of report.
  • Reading comprehension of English documents.
  • Proficient in Computer.
