• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university.

• Must hold a valid Senior Expert Certificate (SKA Ahli Utama) in Project Management (Code 602) or Construction Management (Level 9), issued by LPJK/Professional Certification Bodies. 

• A minimum of 9 years of professional experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record specifically in Airport Construction or Airport Revitalization projects.
• Extensive experience in managing "Brownfield" projects (revitalization within an active/operational airport environment) is highly preferred.
