About the Role: Bureau Veritas Indonesia is transforming how we hire. We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Recruiter to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. You won't just fill seats; you will drive a data-driven recruitment process using SAP SuccessFactors and our custom-built internal systems.

We need someone who combines the speed of an agency recruiter with the process compliance and digital fluency of a modern corporate TA.

The "Tech-Savvy" Requirement: This role requires a high level of digital literacy. Aside from standard sourcing tools, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity in SuccessFactors and actively using our proprietary internal recruitment system. If you love automating workflows and keeping clean data, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Technical Recruitment: execute the full hiring lifecycle for high-volume and niche technical roles (Engineering, Oil & Gas, Inspectors, etc.) with minimal supervision.
  • System Utilization & Data Integrity: Ensure 100% data accuracy in SAP SuccessFactors. You will also be the champion for our internal recruitment platform, ensuring all candidate activities are tracked digitally.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond job boards. Use advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital networking to find passive technical talent.
  • Stakeholder Advisory: Partner with Hiring Managers to define technical requirements and provide market insights based on data.
  • Process Excellence: Maintain strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs while ensuring a seamless digital experience for candidates and users.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in Technical/Engineering sectors (EPC, Oil & Gas, Mining, or Manufacturing).
  • Tech Savvy (Mandatory): High aptitude for learning new software. You must be comfortable navigating complex HRIS, ATS, and custom dashboards.
  • Tools: Proven experience using SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred (or similar top-tier ATS like Workday/Oracle).
  • Background: Previous experience in a fast-paced Recruitment Agency or Outsourcing company is a major plus (we value the agility!).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, law, Management or Engineering.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
