Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hydropower projects (design, construction, commissioning).

• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Strong knowledge of national & international hydropower standards.

• Skilled in project planning, risk management, and technical evaluation.
