Operation Executive - Cargo Inspection Mineral & Metal

Duties and responsibilities:

- Responsible for the technical operations and ensure the availability of resources for operational needs of Cargo inspections including quality and quantity of Metal and Mineral products such as Nickel, Copper, Iron, Bauxite, Alumina and others.

- Prepare Surveyors, Sampler and Testing personnel who will be assigned at the location according to customer requests.

- Ensure the availability of expert, trained and competent operational personnel as well as supporting facilities and materials to carry out operational activities.

- Respond and follow up on any complaints from clients/customers and field personnel who are affected by non-compliance with procedures and implementation of operational activities.

- Prepare, supervise data entry reports, prepare drafts and generate Inspection Reports.

Requirements:

- Minimum education D3/S1 majoring in Engineering/Science or relevant,

- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience; preferably Marine and Cargo Surveyors or mining production monitoring and control,

- Has good knowledge of the Pre-Shipping inspection process including quality and quantity checks,

- Understand the loading and unloading process,

- Proficient in making reports and documentation for each operational activity,

- Mastering Microsoft Office,

- Have good leadership and communication skills,

- Willing to be placed in the Morowali area, Central Sulawesi
