Minimum shall hold Diploma 3 Degree (D3), preferable in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years appropriate experience and training in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Equipment
Certified Welding Inspection CWI/AWS
Hold certificate NDT Level II Certified by PCN/CSWIP/ACCP, MT, PT, and preferable UT or RT
Familiar with PMI and Ferrite testing techniques
"Experienced in evaluation and review of the discipline specific documentation which include but no limited to the following:
- Familiar with structural materials relating to primary, secondary and tertiary steelwork and associated Quality Control requirements relating to materials traceability, erection methods for bolting and welding of structural steel for piperack, pipe support, structure, platform ladder and coating,
- Have experience in welding of duplex material and special processes / construction methods to mitigate welding risks"
"In depth knowledge of
a. Oil & Gas Equipment
b. Strong technical skill & judgement
c. Strong understanding of manufacturing/fabrication process
d. Familiarity with the QSP’s procedure for conducting surveillance inspection
e. Also posses adequate knowledge and experience of potential HSE risks"
Capable in writing the inspection report in English
