Requirements:

1. Contract Specialist should preferably be professional engineer or with contract management experience
2. Experience of not less than 10 years in procurement and managing international contracts related to the scope of supply.
3. A good understanding of FIDIC regulations as well as local loan handling procedures.
4. Shall be conversant with the various types of standard bidding procedures and documents offered by the different international Financial Institutions / donors.
5. Shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
6. A high level of organization skills is required
