Responsibilities: 

• Shall have experience in preparation of tender documents and conducting of international tenders as well as experience in handling design submittals and environmental, social and health & safety aspects of similar project implementation.
• Shall present evidence on having managed and coordinated at least 3 (three) projects of a similar nature as international turn-key contracts.
• It is required that the candidate shall have built and shall have managed or worked at least in two of such projects as a leading person.
• Shall be an individual with good communication skills in the English language, both written and verbal and a high sense of organization and responsibility.
• Shall have proven team leading capacities and experience in knowledge transfer with utilities.
• Shall have experience in similar project coordination in developing countries, outside of his home country.

Qualification:

• Degree as MSc or BSc in energy engineering with at least 15 years of professional experience in the same field, at least 5 years in in planning, designing, managing and supervising works related to thermal power plants with strong focus on Geothermal Power Plants
• Team player with collaborative attitude.
