Job Description: MEP Execution Director

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems implementation
• Oversee technical execution of critical industrial infrastructure
• Manage complex installation processes including:
  • Electrical systems
  • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
  • Fire Protection Systems (PCI)
  • Specialized industrial utilities
• Ensure full compliance with technical specifications and safety standards

Technical Scope of Work

Electrical Systems

• Supervise high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations
• Coordinate power distribution infrastructure
• Manage electrical safety and compliance protocols

HVAC Systems

• Direct climate control and ventilation system implementation
• Ensure precise environmental control for battery production facilities
• Manage energy efficiency and thermal management solutions

Fire Protection Systems (PCI)

• Implement comprehensive fire prevention and suppression systems
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations
• Develop and maintain emergency response protocols

Required Qualifications

• Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years in industrial MEP systems management
  • Proven track record in complex industrial facility installations
  • Advanced technical expertise in manufacturing infrastructure
