Job Description: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the entire gigafactory construction project
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans
- Manage project budget, timeline, and resource allocation
- Oversee technical coordination between multiple engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with industrial construction standards and regulations
- Conduct regular progress reviews and risk assessments
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and technical teams
Required Qualifications

Experience:
- 5+ years in industrial project management
- Proven track record in complex construction projects
- Experience in manufacturing or renewable energy sector preferred

Technical Skills:
- Advanced project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong technical understanding of industrial construction processes
- Budget and financial management expertise
