Job Description: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the entire gigafactory construction project
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans
  • Manage project budget, timeline, and resource allocation
  • Oversee technical coordination between multiple engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with industrial construction standards and regulations
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and risk assessments
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and technical teams

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in industrial project management
    • Proven track record in complex construction projects
    • Experience in manufacturing or renewable energy sector preferred
  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2)
    • Proficiency in project management software
    • Strong technical understanding of industrial construction processes
    • Budget and financial management expertise
  • Personal Competencies:

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment

Educational Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
