As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence in human capital management, we are recruiting an Iberia HR Director (F-M-D) on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Iberia Vice President (with functional reporting to the Europe HR Vice President), you will be based one of our agencies: in Barcelona or Madrid.

You will work closely with our operational teams and our clients within the framework of shaping and executing HR strategies that support the company's growth, employee engagement, and talent management objectives across the Iberia area.

 

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

 

Your mission is to oversee all aspects of the company's HR functions, ensuring alignment between local HR initiatives and business objectives. Your role is essential to driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive workplace culture.

 

You will:

 

1. Strategic HR Leadership & Business Alignment
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives
• Create a Roadmap per year that ties and aligns with Group HR Strategy
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on human capital management, organizational design, and workforce planning

2. Performance Management & Employee Development
• Lead the design and implementation of performance management processes to drive employee development and performance improvement
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities in collaboration with group programs

3. Talent Acquisition & Retention
• Oversee the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure effective onboarding, development, and retention of employees

4. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues ensuring a fair and consistent approach, with high experience in union relationships
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company's values

5. Compensation, Benefits & HR Compliance
• Oversee the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs & policies
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across Iberia countries
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address HR-related legal issues

6. HR Technology, Analytics & Innovation
• Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance HR processes with clear focus on innovation and new technologies

7. Leadership Development & Succession Planning
• Identify opportunities for leadership development and succession planning
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

 

You hold a Bachelor's degree, MBA, or a related field from a business or management school. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.

You have 10 years of HR leadership experience in multinational company environments, ideally with a strong interest in business integration, strategic HR transformation, innovation, and new technologies.

You are fluent in English (will be tested during interview)
