What You'll Do:

  •  Perform calibrations, repairs, and verifications to product processing, analytical lab, and measurement/test equipment.
  • Create and maintain necessary calibration data & records as required.
  • Coordinate calibration activities with other departments and outside vendors.
  • Perform all tasks and procedures in a regulated environment with minimal supervision
  • Communicate effectively amongst a cross-function team of Engineers and technicians
  • Multi-task effectively and performs other essential tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Experience with calibration, reading/ interpreting drawings (Strong understanding of GD&T and metrology concepts)
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel/databases, and Calibration Management Systems 
  • Experience with the Calibration system (Maximo) is a strong plus.
  • Experience using pressure gages, load cells, torque cells, linear displacement transducers, digital indicators, micrometer/calipers, and various measuring devices
  • Experience or ability to learn mechanical fixturing & set-up of load cells using dead weights, fixturing & set-up of torque cells using moment arm & dead weights, and fixturing & set-up for measuring distances inside of equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical & time management skills for success in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidate must be able to work at both Cincinnati and Springboro facilities as needed.  This ratio of working locations will change as project loads change throughout the year.
  • Experience working with Allen-Bradley PLC’s and HMI’s is a strong plus
