What You’ll Do:

 

  • Schedule testing, personnel, and equipment within the lab to ensure projects are completed.
  • Organizing workflows and re-prioritize task as needed.
  • Lead weekly team meetings with the Cleaning & Sterilization group.
  • Participate in bi-weekly leadership meetings.
  • Communicate with client(s) to gather information details needed to complete testing and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to summarize data in a report format to relay test results and provide project updates.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding on-going team performance and individual attendance.
  • Participate in the candidate selection process with management.  

 

What You'll Need:

 

  • Associate degree in a STEM related field preferred and/or background/professional experience in related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot and communicate findings to Engineers and team members.
  • Gain understanding of all C&S Technician tasks including:
  • Comprehension and performance of C&S protocols and procedures that will be executed individually and as a team.
  • Perform visual inspection and data entry for defects or differences after processing devices.
  • Work well independently or as part of a team.

 

Preferred:

 

  • Prior training in leading others
  • Being able to train others or assist them in pursuing training resources.
  • Ability to quickly learn laboratory techniques and work well under pressure.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry where Good Documentation Practices and Good Laboratory Practice are utilized.
  • Previous experience with autoclaves, auto-washers or sterilizing equipment.

 

Compensation: $24-$27 hourly (e.g., the job posting is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, and actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset). 

 

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.
