Lab Coverage Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

 

What You'll Do:

  • Engineering test request management, receive and schedule testing requests from 50-75 different internal teams
  • Assist internal team leads with triaging priority requests and ensuring continuity of current testing
  • Learn basic understanding of testing timelines to ensure proper scheduling and timely completion of requests
  • Provide support to internal team members for status updates
  • Communicate status updates with client submitters
  • Maintain confidential information and ensure clients are informed of changes or revisions.
  • Maintain multiple methods of communications with internal and external partners
  • Generate and maintain several data reports ensuring all information is accurate and update at all times.

 

What You'll Need:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent job experience, engineering background is a plus.
  • Communicate professionally and concisely - both written and verbal
  • Have solid experience maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Proven Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Pivot Tables is preferred.
  • Ability to understand scientific/engineering terminology and communicate it to others.
  • Ability to quickly understand job-specific software
  • Team-oriented and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Be a proven multi-tasker that truly thrives on juggling multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Possess strong organizational skills with ability to quickly assess project status and communicate it effectively
  • Customer service oriented 
  • Experience in handling large quantities of confidential data
  • Driven, energetic person coordinating activities among different areas of the department
