EDUCATIONAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
C.A.P. Government, Inc. is seeking to hire an individual who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player and leader as our Educational Services Director. The director will manage all aspects of client relationships under their assigned geographical leadership. This includes ensuring that services are delivered promptly and based on contractual agreements with the clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective clients in their assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the company.
- Expedites the resolution of client problems and complaints.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective client value to the organization.
- Manages and executes professional service requests.
- Assist in the training and evaluation of technical support staff.
- Ensures all established costs and quality commitments are met.
- Advises upper management on servicing issues arising from problems identified through service or technical support calls with clients.
- Set goals and expectations for staff members for daily calls and assignments.
- Closely monitors project plans and communicates progress by creating internal and external status reports and other client communication.
- Assists with new business opportunities, including identification of organic growth within existing accounts, development of proposals (including estimated budgets), and development of new business presentations aiding Marketing and Business Development departments when appropriate.
- Researches and manages daily issues regarding staff, processes, procedures, client needs, budgetary needs, and company objectives.
- Investigate client needs daily and expedites solutions (i.e. development changes, client support prioritization, etc.).
- Assist with billing/invoicing process for each contract under Director’s management, in collaboration with Finance Department.
- Assist with recruitment to fill vacancies and new positions..
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all time and labor allocation requirements in collaboration with operations and leadership teams.
- Recommend new approaches as necessary to ensure responsibility operations run efficiently.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of administrative and management experience in building, engineering, architecture, or construction project management.
- State of Florida Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
License, Certification, & Skills
- State of FL Residential Building Combination Inspector license (1 & 2 Family Dwelling)
- Five (5)+ years of experience is needed for licensing eligibility as a registered or certified state general, building, or residential contractor or project manager.
