Job Summary:

The Technical Coordinator shall perform client’s certification post audit monitoring activities for North America clients in accordance with Bureau Veritas Certification procedures and processes to ensure that mandates for the certification function is satisfied. This role will be responsible for the audit report review and submission of files, as well as the management and close-out of defects/defect entry. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the relevant departments (including Field auditors) and managing the files through the Technical file review and Certification issuance.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Review documentation to ensure all data is correct and meets requirement to create draft
  • Create draft certificates as designated
  • Enter all defects noted from technical reviews and CDM's.
  • Organize and generate daily reports
  • Review activity line entries to determine proper assignment and status are set

 

Required Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years relevant professional experience
  • Professional auditor qualifications relevant to one or several of the product areas is desirable
  • Detail oriented, logical system approach to problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize with flexibility
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to operate without close supervision

Salary Range(s): $50,000-$59,000K

Base Pay is adjusted based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
