Compensation Analyst
Part of the human resources department, the compensation analyst is responsible for researching, implementing, and overseeing the organizational pay structure. Ensuring that the organization's compensation practices are fair, competitive, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
What You'll Do:
• Analyze and evaluate job positions to determine classification and salary
• Research and compare compensation trends and data to ensure competitive pay rates
• Develop and implement compensation policies and programs
• Collaborate with HR and management to ensure fair and consistent pay practices
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing studies
• Participate in salary surveys and analyze results
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation-related topics
• Aligning compensation programs with recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources related work
• Knowledge of compensation practices and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
• Understanding of regulatory compliance
• Time management
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Interpersonal communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of business and financial acumen
• Commitment to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to employee information
• Effective troubleshooting of complex issues

Here's a breakdown of what we provide:
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000
Annual Incentive Bonus Plan
Base Pay is adjusted based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience
