Summary: The primary goal of the Quality Engineer is to review and approve supplier documents to ensure compliance with Project requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Design and build a comprehensive Power BI dashboard to track KPIs, ITPs, and other Construction or Vendor metrics for the RGLNG project.

Develop comprehensive departmental KPI’s that align with the Company’s goals and objectives.

Ensure the tracking tool captures critical data points related to inspection schedules, completion status, and potential quality concerns.

Maintain and continuously optimize the tool by integrating data feeds from various sources (Company, prime contractor, subcontractors, vendors) and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Design data models and visualizations that effectively communicate complex information.

Serve as the primary point of contact for inspection and testing activities.

Develop and generate weekly and monthly reports highlighting progress on KPIs, ITP completion, and potential quality risks identified through the tracking tool.

Required Education and/or Experience

Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent with 10 + years’ experience in a quality management position on capital construction projects in the oil/gas industry.

Experience in Quality Management on LNG projects

Demonstrated experience in establishing project quality systems that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems.

Experience in managing large-scale capital projects, performing regular audits and critical inspections as and when required.

Ability to facilitate workshops to lead the project team through development of project quality procedures and programs.

Has clearly demonstrated strong Quality Assurance competence.

Ability to work within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment in both national and international team environments

Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and teambuilding skills.

Expertise in Welding, NDT systems and ISO auditing is preferred.

Have good, computer and communication skills.
