  • Preparation & Strategizing Marketing Campaigns for New Programs & Business activities in North America
  • Ability to define new sales strategies to expand pool of potential clients
  • Ability to work with the management team to create a customer-focused sales and marketing strategy that will achieve company revenue targets
  • Reviewing existing High CAT/Key clients for additional revenue
  • Ability to understand and explain technical issues to business personnel, marketing personnel, and clients
  • Tailored Solutions for Key/New Potential Clients
  • Reporting of discrepancies and difficulties met in reaching quality goals / time schedules to N+1
  • Responsible for prospecting and closing revenue generating opportunities related to the GSIT Services
  • Fully understand client organizations within these markets, their business models, goals and strategies to drive business development activities
  • Preferred knowledge of the GSIT associated infrastructure: import/export operations, Contracts.
  • Leverage BVNA group knowledge of applicable Testing, Inspection and Certification standards to create client value propositions across all BVNA service lines.
  • Continue to build and improve the GSIT market business plan.
  • Exceed revenue target assigned for the GSIT growth expectation.
  • Consistent attainment of company sales growth goals overall.
  • Provide and implement growth strategy with leadership team to eliminate gaps.
  • Ability to negotiate and close client contracts, and agreements in the best interests of GSIT
  • Demonstrated initiative in acquiring new product knowledge, keeping current with product changes and new product development activities
  • Other job duties as assigned
