What You'll Do:

  • This role will involve dilution calculations, extensive mouse handling & manipulations, & microscopy.  The ideal candidate will have experience with mouse tail vein, intraperitoneal, subcutaneous, and intra-muscular injections in mice.   Job duties will also include assisting with terminal surgical procedures, independent dosing, animal observations, basic image software use, animal inventory, & dosing solution accounting & organization.
  • Requirement for accurate record keeping, independent data analysis, and reporting of data in written and oral formats. Will perform work in full compliance with company Research Policies, and complete all required training activities in the timeframe specified

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • BA/BS in a biological science, or associates with additional lab experience and/or technical skills
  • Expertise in or willingness to learn handling small laboratory animals
  • Flexible scheduling is a requirement. The position is full-time (40 hrs/wk), but not all regularly scheduled work hours will occur Mon-Fri from 8 AM-4:45 PM.
