Compensation: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour (e.g., the job posting is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, and actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset).
Hours Worked: Monday through Friday, forty-hours per week onsite. However, must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and responsibilities as assigned.
Position Summary:
The Manager is responsible for the overall department performance and execution of new and existing project goals, daily turn around times, and associates. The Manager supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in performing departmental work and is able to deliver service continuity within metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Advises team on daily work load to ensure timelines are met as well as Quality Control (QC) the overall quality of work.
• Overall responsibility for training, quality of work produced and turn around time and delivery of requests.
• Overall responsibility to randomly QC work to determine gaps in training, or processes, diagnose issues and find workable solution.
• Confers with client scientists to improve or troubleshoot new or existing processes to meet business goals. Updates SOP or job aids for processes.
• Directs personnel to meeting daily work load and investigates complaints on any existing services.
• Assists in monitoring, measuring, and assessing practices and protocols for continual improvement and safety.
• Recommends to client any measures to improve procedures, storage equipment and capacity, and needs for new equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves or assists team in solving work problems.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring the proper level and quality of work is produced to efficiently produce results and maintain operations.
• Manages direct reports, leads, coordinators, and supervises.
• Is responsible for the overseeing that the direction, coordination goals set by the client are achieved by the team members.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and helping to direct and carry out work set by the client; appraising performance; regular touch base meetings with each team member and client scientist, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Follow the guidelines set forth with clients and Company Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Comply with clients’ and Company management systems in accordance with appropriate regulatory agencies.
• Perform other essential tasks projects and responsibilities as required.

Education and Experience:
• Degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific, Project Management, Health Care or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in leadership
